There is so much dubstep out there these days, it gets difficult to tell the good from the bad. In my opinion, when people are out at parties or clubs they don’t mind the music as much because they’re already having a good time. I wanted to create a playlist with all my favorite dubstep songs and then some; songs with real melodies and catchy beats. Every song on this playlist was picked for a reason, either by me or a friend. Rest assured, you’ll never be in the same dilemma as Fry again. With over 400 hand-picked tracks and songs being added daily, Best Dubstep (Chillstep) is truly one of the best dubstep playlists on Spotify.

I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Kid Cudi. When his Man on the Moon album released in 2009, it was unlike anything I had I’ve ever heard before. Kid Cudi is the first rapper I can remember with such a balanced and free flowing sound. And I think that’s the great thing about this artist. His music is still good today, years later. In fact, I have a several of his songs on a couple of my Spotify playlists. His more raunchy songs are on my Sick Rap playlist and his chill laid back music is on Smooth Music. Check ’em out!
This is young rapper, Wiz Khalifa’s 10th mixtape to date. Released in March 2012, Taylor Allderdice is the name of the high school Wiz attended.
Just sit back. Relax. And enjoy the music!
What you probably didn’t know is that Skrillex did two separate remixes of Birdy Nam Nam’s Goin’In. Goin’ Hard would be considered drum and bass. Simply put, this is the more energetic of the two mixes. It’ll put those subs to work!
Music is a part of life. It’s honestly impossible for most people to go through an entire day without hearing a song or two, or three, or four. Music will stay on this planet as long as humans. The real question is, how are you listening to your music?
I’m listening to music right now, actually. It’s very peaceful. Decided to give Spotify another chance after trying it when it first came out. I wasn’t big on it at first because the application would open every time I turned on my computer. Almost like it was forcing me to listen! Music should never be forced on anyone. With a simple adjustment to the settings, problem solved! Been using again for a couple weeks now and I give it two thumbs way up.
I noticed features that I didn’t even know about before. Spotify lets you listen to custom radio stations, what’s popular and even your own music. Another reason I like Spotify especially, is because it shows your Facebook followers what songs you’re listening to. Ironically, my first encounter with Spotify is when I noticed my friends using the application through Facebook. Undeniably cool.
If you don’t know about Spotify, you gotta check it out!
I heard this song the other day. Had to dedicate a post to this one! Perfect for dancing, relaxing, and listening in general. Great fast tempo music. This is the type of music that just makes me smile for no reason. It’s simplicity is what makes it great. Do you agree?
New or Old?
Lately new artists have been going for the “old” sound. Take Gotye for example: this song sounds more like it should be from the 80’s, featuring McJagger or something. The sound isn’t bad, and I’m not complaining, but it shows that they are running out of new music. Enjoy this song about broken hearts and a betrayed lover, while watching the singers stand naked and get painted!
